| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声检查对乳腺癌术前TNM分期的价值.方法 对63例乳腺癌患者于术前经临床乳房触诊和超声检查,以手术后病理为金标准进行对照分析.结果 术前超声检查对乳腺癌诊断的准确率显著高于术前临床乳房触诊分期(P<0.05),与术后病理TNM分期差异无统计学意义(P0.05).结论 超声对乳腺癌术前TNM分期具有明显优势,能更客观地为临床医师提供诊疗依据.
