23例胫骨平台骨折术后患者的康复护理

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折患者术后的康复护理要点，最大限度改善患者膝关节功能。方法回顾性总结2006年6月～2008年6月在本院行胫骨平台c型骨折治疗的23例患者术后早期康复护理措施，包括心理护理和早期功能锻炼等。结果23例患者随访5—20个月，骨折均愈合。膝关节功能评价，优11例（47．8％），良7例（30．4％），尚可2例（8．7％），差3例（13．O％）。结论对胫骨平台骨折术后患者实施早期的康复护理措施是改善患者术后膝关节功能的重要保证。

Rehabilitation measures after operations on patients with type c fractures of tibial plateau

Objective To explore the rehabilitation measures to improve the functions of knee joints after Type C fracture of tibial plateu was treated. Method Between June 2006 and June 2008, twenty three patients after treatment of Type C fracture of tibial plateu received comperhensive nursing measures, such as metal health guidance, early passive muscle exercise and early active exercise. Results All patients were followed up for 5 - 20 months. All fractures were healed. Knee joint function was excellent in 11 cases and good in 7 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 3 cases. Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation measures can help to improve the functions of knee joints after operations on patients with Type C fracture of tibial plateau.
