| 摘 要： | 目的寻找影响静脉输液穿刺成功率的原因以及改进工作的最佳方法,提高患儿及家长的满意度。方法收集静脉输液的相关因素。结果是否强制固定患儿、患儿血管显现程度、充盈度、家长陪伴人数对穿刺一次成功率有影响(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采取有效的安抚和诱导,使患儿配合护士操作,对血管显现不清楚及充盈度差的患儿,要从技术角度重视和处理,提高穿刺成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the related factors of intravenous infusion in pediatric department,in order to increase patients and their parents' satisfaction.Method The related factors of intravenous infusion were collected and analyzed.Result Compelling restraint,the clearness and filling degree of the vein,numbers of accompanying were related to the success rate of intravenous infusion(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the success rate of intravenous infusion,it is suggested to take effective methods of conciliation to improve children's cooperation,and focus on the techniques in face of children with poor condition of vein. |
