微粒子荧光酶免疫分析法定量检测乙肝病毒e抗原

摘    要:目的:应用微粒子荧光酶免疫分析法(MEIA)定量检测乙肝病毒e抗原的浓度,以反映肝病毒感染的程度。方法:收集106例怀疑乙肝病人血清做乙肝e抗原定量检测,阳性标本同时用荧光定量PCR法检测HBV-DNA。结果:64例e抗原阳性标本的e抗原浓度范围为0.49-11466.23PEIU/mL,其浓度的变化与HBV-DNA浓度变化一致。结论:MEIA法作乙肝e抗原定量检测能准确反映乙型肝炎病毒感染水平及其变化。

Abstract:Objective:To study the state of HBV infection by quantitatively detecting HBeAg with Micropartical enzyrme immunoassay.Method:Serum samples of 106 suspected HBV patients were detected by MEIA and positive samples were then detected for HBV DNA by Fluorescence quantitative PCR.Result:The concentrations of HBeAg of 64 positive samples were 0 49-11466 23 PEL U/ml,which is consistent with the concentrations of HBV DNA.Conclusion:Quantitatively detecting HBeAg with MEIA can be used to accurately evaluate the state and change of HBV infection.
