| 摘 要： | 目的研究己烯雌酚(DES)对小鼠弓形虫垂直传播的影响。方法采用不同剂量的DES处理感染弓形虫孕鼠,于不同妊娠时期将孕鼠处死,用放免法测定孕鼠血清雌二醇(E_2)水平,ELISA检测胎鼠弓形虫感染情况。结果低剂量DES处理组活胎率和垂直传播率都显著升高,而高剂量DES处理组活胎率和垂直传播率与对照组相比均无明显变化。结论一定剂量的DES可以使活胎率增高,但垂直传播率也随之升高,表明控制感染与维持妊娠之间相互矛盾,DES有利于妊娠,却不利于抗感染。

| Abstract: | Objective To invest the effect of Diethylstilbestrol (DES) on vertical transmission of T. gondii. Methods Pregnant mice, infected with T.gondii, injected intraperitoneally (i.p) DES, were killed at dif- ferent time. The rate of live fetus was counted. Whether the embryos in the uteri were infected with T.gondii was identified by ELISA. Results The rate of live fetuses and vertical transmission of group treated with lower doses of DES increased significantly. While that in group treated with higher doses of DES showed no obvious difference. Conclusion A certain dose of DES can raise the rate of live fetus and the chance of vertical trans- mission of T.gondii simultaneously, which shows that controlling infection and keeping pregnancy are in para- dox and DES is helpful in keeping pregnancy and is harmful in controlling infection. |
