| 摘 要： | 目的 研究柳茶的性状与显微鉴别特征.方法 采用性状鉴别与显微鉴别法.结果 幼嫩枝条表面黄绿或浅棕色;茎微管束外具韧皮纤维束;叶窄披针形或倒披针形;等面叶,具单细胞非腺毛,环式气孔,气孔指数3～5～7.结论 性状显微特征可作藏药柳茶的鉴别依据.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the morphological and histological characters of Sibiraea augustata(Rehd.) Hand-mazz.METHODS Morphological identification method and microscopic method were employed.RESULTS The surface of the young stems was yellow-green or pale brown.There were phloem fiber bundle of stem outside vascular bundles.The leaves were narrow lanceolate or oblanceolate.There was palisade parenchyma in both sides of the leaves,Single-celled nonglandular hair and actinocytic stoma.Stomata index was 3-5-7.CONCLUSION All those mentioned characters above are very steady and will not changed with the harvest seasons,they can be used for identification. |
