摘    要:采用本室建立的可磁化固相二抗 (DAMP) 分离技术与常规应用的双抗体法,聚乙二醇(PEG)法、活性炭法对10种RIA药盒进行实验比较。结果显示DAMP法与双抗体法的五项质控指标均在RIA质控标准的最佳范围内,明显优于PEG法与活性炭法,表明DAMP法具有双抗体法的分离效果,且较双抗体法更为简便、快速,适合用作RIA的通用分离方法。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted with ten kinds of RIA Kit to compare separation technique based on solid phase double antibody magnitizable particle (DAMP) with common methods of double antibody, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and charcoal. It was found that the five quality control indices for DAMP method and double anti body method are within the scope of RIA quality control standard, and that DAMP method has the same separating effect as double antibody method. However, the former is simpler and more rapid than the latter. As a result, it is suitabe for universal separation in RIA.
