载脂蛋白作为恶性肿瘤虚实辨证指标的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者血清载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、B100(APOB100)水平及A1/B100比值与中医虚实辨证的关系。方法:将116例恶性肿瘤患者按中医临床辨证标准分为偏虚组、编实组、虚实并重组,并设对照组100例,测定其APOA1、APOB100水平及比值。结果:①恶性肿瘤患者出现血清载脂白异常的比例大小对照组;恶性肿瘤患者APOA1、APOB100水平及比值与对照组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(均P<0.001);②恶性肿瘤偏虚组APOA1下降,偏实组APOB100上升,虚实并重组A1/B100比值显著下降;③以恶性肿瘤患者APOA1、APOB100及A1/B100比值作为变量,经过判别分析建立的判别方程的回代符合率为77.6%。结论:恶性肿瘤患者存在着载脂蛋白代谢紊乱的情况,APOA1、APOB100及A1/B100比值可作为恶性肿瘤中医临床虚实辨证的客观指标。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between the level of APOA1,APOB100 and A1/B100 with deficiency/excess differentiation in TCM.Methods:116 cases of malignant tumor(MT) were allocated to dominant deficiency group(DDG),dominant excess group(DEG) and both dominant deficiency and excess group(DDEG),and 100 cases as control.The levels of APOA1 and APOB100 and A1/B100 were determined.Results:1.The ratio abnormal serum apolipoprotein in MT was higher than that of control,the levels APOA1 and APOB100 and A1/B100 between MT and controls showed very significant difference (P < 0.001).2.APOA1 of DDG in MT was decreased,APOB100 of DEG was increased, and A1/B100 of DDEG was decreased.3.Using APOA1,APOB100 and A1/B100 in MT as variables, the regression coincident rate of discriminatory equation was 77.6%.Conclusion:It is indicated that disorder of apolipoprotein metablolism occurs in MT,and APOA1,APOB100 may serve as the objective criteria for deficiency and excess syndrome differentiation in MT.
