| 摘 要： | 目的观察康美肤烧伤膏的安全性。方法用20％甲醛作阳性对照，对家兔进行皮肤刺激试验：对豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验。结果家免皮肤完整及破损组用康美肤烧伤膏24h后，体重增加，未观察到中毒表现及死亡，对家兔皮肤无刺激性。结论康美肤烧伤膏无致敏性，外用安全、无毒。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore whether there is toxicity on skin while using the Kangmeifu burn ointment. Methods Dermal irritation test was conducted in healthy rabbits, acute dermal toxicity test was performed in healthy rabbits too, and acute dermal sensitivity test on good health guinea-pig. Results Kangmeifu burn ointment had no irritation to the integral or damaged skin of rabbit and no hypersensitive effect to the skin of guinea-pig, acute toxicity on the integral or damaged skin of rabbits wasn＇t observed. Conclusion It is safe and nontoxic to use Kangmeifu burn ointment in clinic practice. |
