| 摘 要： | 目的:以浸出物得率为指标,研究优选川芎茶调软胶囊的水提工艺.方法:采用正交试验法,考察浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间和次数四因素对浸出物得率的影响.结果:煎煮次数对浸出物得率具有显著性影响(P＜0.05).结论:工艺条件以加水8倍生药量,浸泡1.0h,煎煮3次,每次1.0h为佳.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the optimum extraction conditions of Chuanxiong Chatiao Soft Capsules, the yield of extrac- tion as marker. Method:Orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence of the 4 factors,including the soaking time, the amount of water,the extracting time by relux and the time number. Result:The time number significantly influenced the yield of extraction. Conclusion:The optimum extraction is as follows:eight times of water,soaking one hour,extract- ing thrice by relux,one hour every time. |
