| 摘 要： | 目的通过对年龄相关性黄斑变性（age—related macular degeneration，AraB）患者心理健康状况的调查，唤起全社会关注年龄相关性黄斑变性患者的身心健康。方法对AMD患者60例和非AMD对照者81例使用“症状自评量表（SCL-90）”进行自我评定，统计分析总分和因子分。结果两组的总分和人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执的因子之间的差异经统计学检验有显著性意义。结论视力障碍造成年龄相关性黄斑变性患者生存质量下降，导致不健康心理，应引起人们的重视。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the psychological aspects of AMD so as to treat it more effectively.METHODS Sixty patients with AMD and 81 without （ the control group）were studied with symptom checklisO0 （SCL- 90）to evaluate their psychological issues. RE- SULTS The psychological communication and depression in the patients with AMD were significantly different from those in the control group （p 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Our results suggest that there is dose relationship between patients with AMD and psychological issues. The psychological imbalance has become an important factor for the society. |
