手术联合^125I粒子植入治疗及预防胃癌复发转移的临床疗效

目的：探讨术中植入^125I粒子治疗及预防胃癌复发转移的临床疗效。方法：共选取53例中晚期胃癌患者,分为两组,A组28例行手术联合^125I粒子植入治疗,B组25例行常规手术治疗作为对照。结果：A组患者1、2、3年的局部复发转移率分别为7.1%、17.9%、35.7%,生存率分别为92.9%、71.4%、46.4%。B组患者1、2、3年的局部复发转移率分别为20.0%、48.0%、72.0%,生存率分别为80.0%、56.0%、20.0%。结论：手术联合^125I粒子植入治疗中晚期胃癌可较好地控制肿瘤局部复发及转移、延长生存期,且并发症少是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
