奎硫平与利培酮合并丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂发作的临床对照研究

目的：观察奎硫平与利培酮分别合并丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂发作的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将符合CCMD-3中各型躁狂发作诊断标准的60例患者随机分成两组（每组30例）,分别在使用奎硫平和利培酮口崩片的同时给予丙戊酸钠治疗,观察8周。采用Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表（BRMS）减分率评定疗效,采用副反应（TESS）及相关辅助检查评定耐受性。结果：治疗8周后,奎硫平与利培酮合并丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂发作总体疗效比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,利培酮组锥体外系不良反应发生率明显高于奎硫平组（P〈0.05）。结论：奎硫平与利培酮合并丙戊醉钠治疗躁狂发作疗效相当,但奎硫平组不良反应较小。
