血尿酸14494例检测结果对比分析

目的：了解广州市社区居民近年的血尿酸（UA）水平及高尿酸血症（HUM）患病率变化,为HUM的防治提供依据。方法：对我院2007年和2010年2个社区14 494例健康体检居民的血清UA结果进行回顾性分析。结果：2007年,男性UA（364.1±77.5）μmol/L,女性UA（272.6±68.1）μmol/L;2010年,男性UA（383.0±80.8）μmol/L,女性UA（289.2±69.9）μmol/L,血清UA水平存在性别差异,男性血清UA水平及HUM患病率均高于女性（P〈0.01）。2010年男女UA水平均高于2007年,2010年HUM患病率,男性为29.4%,女性为18.2%,分别高于2007年的22.1%和17.7%。结论：近年来广州社区人群血清UA水平和HUM患病率有逐年增高的趋势,建议对HUM患者进行综合干预。

Comparison and analysis on detection results of serum uric acid in 14 494 residents

Objective： To find out the changes of serum uric acid（UA） levels and hyperuricemia（HUM） incidence of community residents in Guangzhou city in recent years,and provided the basis for the prevention and treatment of HUM.Methods： The serum UA levels of 14 494 residents form two community of our hospital from 2007 and 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results： In the year of 2007,male’s UA level was（364.1±77.5） μmol/L,female’s UA level was（272.6±68.1） μmol/L;in the year of 2010,male’s UA level was（383.0±80.8） μmol/L,female’s UA level was（289.2±69.9） μmol/L,serum UA levels had difference in sex.Male’s serum UA levels and prevalence rate of HUM were higher than female’s（P〈0.01）.By the year of 2010,both male’s and female’s serum UA levels were higher than those in 2007.The HUM incidence of male in 2010 was 29.4%,female was 18.2%,respectively,higher than 22.1% and 17.7% in 2007.Conclusion： In recent years,serum UA levels and the prevalence rate of HUM in Guangzhou community residents are increasingly up year-by-year,the authors recommend combinational interventions to HUM patients.
