法舒地尔治疗蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床研究

目的观察法舒地尔注射液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的疗效和安全性。方法选择在本院住院的蛛网膜下腔出血患者67例,随机分为两组,观察组34例,对照组33例,两组患者均在常规治疗的基础上,观察组给予法舒地尔注射液治疗,对照组给予尼莫地平注射液治疗,疗程15d,疗程结束后比较两组患者的临床表现、病情变化、意识的改善、血压及Hunt & Hess分级等指标。结果两组患者在疗程结束后,总有效率比较差异有统计学意义,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛,法舒地尔注射液是一种较尼莫地平同样安全而疗效更好的药物。
