| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨三维超声成像在子宫疾病诊断中的价值。方法：对46例不同子宫疾病患者的二维超声检查及三维超声检查结果进行对比分析。结果：46例子宫疾病患者通过二维超声检查诊断，发现子宫肌瘤35例，子宫肌腺病6例．子宫内膜癌2例，子宫内膜息肉1例，其中有2例子宫内膜息肉漏诊，未能作出正常诊断，诊断符合率为95．6％；通过三维超声检查对3例子宫内膜息肉均做出诊断，其余病例与二维超声诊断结果相同，诊断符合率为100．0％，且图像清晰，形态直观。有立体感，尤其是可明确病变与宫腔及子宫内膜的立体关系及病变的表面结构。结论：三维超声成像对子宫疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断以及制订治疗方案均有重要价值。 |
