| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多西他赛（Docetaxel,TXT）联合奥沙利铂（Oxaliplatin,OXA）抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞的增殖及诱导细胞凋亡的作用。方法：应用CCK-8法检测不同浓度TXT和OXA单药以及联合用药对胃癌SGC-7901细胞生长的抑制作用,激光共聚焦显微镜测定细胞内Ca2＋浓度的变化,AnnexinV-FITC/PI双标记流式细胞术对细胞凋亡进行检测,观察凋亡细胞的比例,荧光显微镜观察对细胞凋亡的作用。结果：TXT和OXA均能明显抑制SGC-7901细胞增殖和诱导细胞凋亡,两药合用具有协同作用。结论：TXT与OXA联合用药在抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞的生长和诱导细胞凋亡方面具有协同作用。 |
