| 摘 要： | 目的：观察博来霉素单药胸腔内注射治疗癌性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法：对我院2008～2010年的32例癌性胸腔积液的患者采用胸腔置管,将胸腔积液充分引流后局部注入博来霉素治疗,如第一次给药后5～7 d胸腔积液未控制,可再重复一次。2周为1个疗程。结果：博来霉素单药治疗癌性胸腔积液有效率为78%（25/32）;治疗后KPS评分提高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：博来霉素单药治疗癌性胸腔积液疗效显著,能提高患者的生活质量,且毒副作用少,是治疗癌性胸腔积液的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bleomycin in the treatment of patients with malignant pleural effusion.Methods:32 cases of malignant pleural effusion with thoracic drainage were injected by Bleomycin after sufficient drainage.5-7 days later,the patients who still had pleural effusion received the second pleurodesis.Results:The effective rate was 78%(25/32);while the KPS scores decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Bleomycin in... |
