| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用PFNA（股骨近端髓内钉）治疗股骨转子间骨折的方法和疗效。方法：采用PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折14例。结果：14例全部获得随访,骨折愈合良好,且无并发症发生。疗效按Harris评分,优9例,良4例,失败1例,优良率为93%。结论：PFNA具有创伤小、操作简单、固定牢固坚强等特点,是修复股骨转子间骨折较为理想的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:On application PFNA treatment thighbone rotor between fractures and efficacy.Methods:By PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of 14 cases.Results:All 14 cases were followed up for fractures healed well with no complications.Effect in detail by Harris points,excellent in 9 cases,good in 4 cases,the good rate was 93%.Conclusion:PFNA with trauma,simple,strong and so firmly fixed,is the repair of intertrochanteric fractures of one of the more ideal way to. |
