| 摘 要： | 目的：观察与探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射配合关节周围痛点神经阻滞治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选取500例膝骨性关节炎患者，将其分为三组：股髌骨性关节炎组（156例）、股胫骨性关节炎组（167例）、全膝骨性关节炎组（177例）。500例膝骨性关节炎患者每周关节腔内注射2．5rnl玻璃酸钠．配合利多卡因与泼尼松龙混合液痛点阻滞，连续治疗5周为1个疗程。结果：共治疗500例，随访24～36个月，临床疗效优149例，良247例，中82例，优良率为79．2％，有效率为95．6％。结论：玻璃酸钠腔内注射配合关节周围痛点神经阻滞治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著。安全可靠。
