| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑梗死合并风痰瘀阻型帕金森综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取我科于2008年1月~2010年6月期间收治的98例脑梗死合并风痰瘀阻型帕金森综合征患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服停颤颗粒,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为85.71%,对照组总有效率为59.18%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.01,P=0.018）。结论：中西医结合治疗脑梗死合并风痰瘀阻型帕金森综合征疗效显著,而且对于中老年患者心脑血管病等多发病有一定的防治作用,值得临床推广使用。
