宫腔电切镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤128例临床分析

目的探讨宫腔电切镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤切除术的效果及安全性。方法因月经改变、子宫异常出血、腹痛等,经B超、宫腔镜检查诊断子宫黏膜下肌瘤,行宫腔镜电切术128例。结果 0型病例62例,Ⅰ型病例60例,Ⅱ型病例6例,128例手术均顺利完成,无一例发生水中毒、子宫穿孔、大出血、感染等并发症。术后随访月经过多患者120例,117例明显减少,有效率97.6%,腹痛患者50例,术后症状全部消失,有效率100%。结论宫腔电切镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤安全、有效。

Hysteroscopic treatment of submucosal myoma: Clinical analysis of 128 cases
