| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨内科治疗胃食管反流的临床效果。方法：选取广州军区总医院附属一五七医院近年收治的胃食管反流患者68例,随机分为对照组（34例）和治疗组（34例）,对照组给予奥美拉唑＋多潘立酮（吗丁啉）治疗,治疗组给予奥美拉唑＋西沙必利治疗,比较两组症状、内镜评分及治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗前症状及内镜评分比较,差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）,治疗后治疗组与对照组综合评分分别为（6.6±2.2）、（12.0±3.6）分,两组比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组显效31例,有效2例,有效率为97.06%,对照组显效25例,有效4例,有效率为85.29%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：奥美拉唑联合全胃肠动力药,治疗效果优于联合胃动力药,临床效果满意,值得推广应用。
