| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声弹性成像与二维超声在乳腺良恶性肿块中的临床应用价值。方法对163例(共189个肿块)患者分别进行二维超声成像与超声弹性成像检查,并与病理结果进行对照分析。结果二维超声诊断乳腺恶性肿块的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为80.9%(38/47)、98.6%(140/142)、94.2%(178/189);超声弹性成像诊断乳腺恶性肿块的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为93.6%(44/47)、95.1%(135/142)、94.7%(179/189);超声弹性成像与二维超声对乳腺恶性肿块的诊断结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.041)。结论超声弹性成像在诊断乳腺恶性肿块中具有重要临床应用价值,优于二维超声。
