自体毛发移植的疗效观察及围术期护理

目的：探讨自体毛发移植术的疗效及围术期护理的有效方法。方法：对98例脱发患者进行自体毛发移植,观察其疗效,并于自体毛发移植患者进行术前咨询、准备、护理,术后伤口及植发区消毒清洗、出院指导等。结果：98例患者中脂溢性脱发、瘢痕性脱发、女性头发稀疏经自体毛发移植后存活率分别为95.7%、94.8%、90.2%。三者之间存活率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,且患者满意度较高（92.9%,91/98）。在治疗过程中给予周到、严谨的护理服务,可减少术后并发症。结论：加强自体毛发移植的护理可以提高自体毛发移植的存活率及满意率。

Clinical observation and perioperative nursing for patients with autologous hair transplantation
