| 摘 要： | 目的：评价唯阴康治疗妊娠期生殖道感染性疾病的安全性及临床效果。方法：将120例妊娠期生殖道感染的孕妇随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用硝呋泰尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗,每晚阴道放入,6 d为1个疗程;观察组应用唯阴康治疗,每晚阴道放入,8 d为1个疗程,停药7 d复诊。治疗后观察临床症状并行白带镜检,了解患者依从性及复发率。分娩后了解新生儿Apgar评分及有无外观畸形,了解产褥期感染情况。结果：两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但唯阴康组依从率（96.66%）、复发率（6.67%）均优于对照组（53.33%、13.33%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且产后无不良结局。结论：唯阴康治疗妊娠期生殖道感染安全、方便、有效、患者易于接受,复发率低,值得临床推广使用。
