HPLC测定白芷药材中欧前胡素与异欧前胡素的含量

目的：建立白芷中欧前胡素与异欧前胡素的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-水（70∶30）为流动相,检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 ml/min。结果：欧前胡素在0.094 8~0.853 2μg/ml具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8）,异欧前胡素在0.150 0~1.350 0μg/ml内具有良好的线性关系（r=1.000 0）。欧前胡素的平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=0.7%;异欧前胡素的平均回收率为99.0%,RSD=1.1%。结论：本法简便、快速、准确,可用于白芷中欧前胡素与异欧前胡素的含量测定。

Determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae by HPLC

Objective： An HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Methods： The separation was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） using methanol-water（70∶30）.The UV detection was set at 254 nm;flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results： There was good linearity between the peak area and concentration at the ranges of 0.094 8-0.853 2 μg/ml（r=0.999 8）,0.150 0-1.350 0 μg/ml（r=1.000 0） for imperatorin and isoimperatorin respectively.The average recoveries of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 98.0%（RSD=1.0%） and 99.0%（RSD=0.5%）.Conclusion： The method is rapid,simple and accurate for the content determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.
