羊膜腔灌注对羊水过少孕妇妊娠结局的影响

目的：探讨羊膜腔灌注生理盐水对羊水过少孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法：选择2008年1月～2011年3月60例羊水过少孕妇,其中30例自愿接受羊膜腔灌注术（观察组）,另外30例选择产科常规治疗（对照组）。观察两组缩宫素激惹试验、羊水指数、妊娠周数、剖宫产率、产后出血率以及新生儿情况。结果：观察组缩宫素激惹试验阳性率、剖宫产率、产后出血率分别为6.67%、33.33%、3.33%,明显低于对照组的36.67%、56.67%、16.67%,而羊水指数（8.94±2.69）、妊娠周数（36.82±5.46）显著高于对照组的（5.24±2.01）和（34.78±5.34）（P〈0.05）;观察组新生儿胎儿窘迫发生率、窒息率分别是16.67%、3.33%,明显低于对照组的46.67%、13.33%,对照组体重（2.27±0.31）kg、5min Apgar评分（6.37±1.05）分显著低于观察组的（2.76±0.42）kg、（8.75±1.16）分（P〈0.05）。结论：羊膜腔灌注明显改善羊水过少孕妇妊娠结局,减少不良反应发生。
