| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)和磁共振血管成像(MRA)诊断颅内动脉狭窄的可靠性。方法对128例经过全脑血管造影(DSA)证实存在颅内动脉狭窄的患者,同时进行TCD和MRA检查并进行比较。结果 TCD诊断颅内动脉狭窄的符合率为77.2%,另外有2例遗漏(大脑中动脉),还有3例为假阳性(颈内动脉)。MRA诊断颅内动脉狭窄的符合率为83.5%,没有遗漏,还有12为假阳性(颈内动脉7例,椎基底动脉系统5例)。结论 TCD和MRA检查作为便捷的颅内动脉狭窄筛查方法可靠性较高。
