| 摘 要： | 目的：建立己氯软膏中氯霉素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法：采用Sinochrom ODS2色谱柱（4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（59∶41）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长：272 nm。结果：氯霉素在57.4~106.6μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积成良好线性关系,r=0.995 7,平均回收率为100.18%,RSD为1.48%（n=7）。结论：本法简便,准确,适用于己氯软膏中氯霉素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of chloramphenicol in Diethylstilbestrol Chloramphenicol Ointment.Methods： Sinochrom ODS2 column（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm） was used,methanol-warter（59∶41） was used as mobile phases,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detective wavelength was 272 nm.Results： The linear range of chloramphenicol was 57.4-106.6 μg/ml and average recovery was 100.18%,RSD=1.48（n=7）.Conclusion： The method is convenient and accurate,it can be used for the determination of chloramphenicol in Diethylstilbestrol Chloramphenicol Ointment. |
