新生儿听力受损相关因素分析

目的：探讨新生儿听力受损的相关因素,寻找积极的干预方法。方法：对2008年6月～2010年7月在我院产科出生的新生儿7 256例及院外出生转入我院新生儿科的新生儿292例进行听力筛查,对确诊听力受损者行多因素调查分析。结果：共筛查7 548例,确诊听力受损72例（0.95%）,对听力受损相关因素行统计学分析,发现噪音（母孕期环境噪音及新生儿生活环境噪音）、母孕期病毒感染、出生体重〈1.5 kg、重度HIE、宫内感染为主要相关因素。结论：降低孕母及新生儿生活环境噪音,加强围生期保健,避免孕期病毒感染,加强产前检查及胎儿监护,提高临床医生新生儿复苏技术,及时处理胎儿宫内窘迫,预防早产,是预防新生儿听力受损的有效措施。

Analysis of high risk factors for newborn hearing loss
