| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨使用尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效及应用价值。方法：回顾性分析150例慢性肾衰竭患者，按照人院时间将其先后分为观察组（76例）和对照组（74例）。对照组采用常规饮食和综合治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用尿毒清颗粒，每日4次，每次1袋（5．0g），疗程为2个月。观察和分析两组临床治疗效果、血尿素氮（BUN）及血清肌酐（Scr）的变化情况。结果：治疗2个月后，观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组BUN、Scr与治疗前相比，明显降低（P〈0．05）；对照组BUN与治疗前相比明显降低（P〈0．05），Scr改变差异无统计学意义（p〉0．05）；观察组治疗后与对照组相比，BUN、Scr下降差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：尿毒清颗粒能明显改善慢性肾衰竭患者的临床症状，延缓肾功能恶化，提高患者的生存质量，费用低且服用方便，值得临床进一步推广应用。
