盐酸法舒地尔治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察盐酸法舒地尔治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(chronic cor pulmonale,CCP)心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)的疗效,寻找治疗CCP HF的新药物。方法:将100例CCP HF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例,分别静脉滴注盐酸法舒地尔30 mg,每12小时1次和酚妥拉明10 mg,每日1次,治疗14 d,观察两组临床疗效,并作血液流变学和血气分析。结果:治疗组的总有效率(88%)高于对照组的(72%),治疗组的显效率(70%)高于对照组的(54%),差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。两组动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度及二氧化碳分压指标均有明显改善(P〈0.05),但治疗组指标改善均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。治疗组的全血黏度高切、低切、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原指标改善(P〈0.05)。无严重不良反应,无效率、死亡率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:盐酸法舒地尔治疗CCP HF能够提高临床疗效,改善血气指标,降低血液黏度,没有导致严重副作用,可以考虑将盐酸法舒地尔试用于治疗CCP HF。
