护理干预对食管静脉曲张套扎术后再出血的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对于食管静脉曲张套扎术后再出血的临床影响。方法：将2008年1月～2010年3月来我院行食管静脉曲张套扎术及常规治疗的144例患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各72例,分别行护理干预及普通护理,对比两组术后再出血的情况。结果：干预组术后再出血率为4.2%（3/72）,明显低于对照组的16.7%（12/72）,差异有高度统计学意义（χ2=5.12,P〈0.01）。结论：积极的护理干预能够有效降低食管静脉曲张套扎术患者的术后再出血发生率,有效提高了临床治疗效果。
