| 摘 要： | 目的：研究长期、间断使用地塞米松（dexamethasone，Dex）对大鼠骨骼的影响。方法：20只雄性SD大鼠随机分为Dex组和NC组，Dex组肌注Dex，0．25ms／100g，NC组给予等体积的生理盐水，1周2次，共给药90d。取胫骨分析皮质骨及松质骨的形态变化，股骨行骨生物力学检测。结果：Dex组皮质骨骨量明显低于NC组，骨髓腔增大（P〈0．05）；Dex降低骨内、外膜骨形成及矿化，但促进了骨内膜的骨吸收；Dex没有弱化股骨的力学性能。结论：长期、间断使用Dex，仅使皮质骨丢失，其几何形状的变化并不改变生物力学的性能，提示长期、间断使用Dex可以减轻该药对骨骼的不良影响。
