| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对311例确诊的甲型H1N1流感患者的住院病历用药情况进行分析,为临床治疗提供用药参考。方法：对2009年8月2010年1月我院收治确诊甲型H1N1流感患者311例用药情况进行回顾性分析。结果：在311例患者中,应用辛温及辛凉解表汤治疗者256例,占82.3%,全部患者均采用中药抗病毒或中西药联合抗病毒治疗,除3例死亡病例外,均取得了满意的治疗效果,痊愈出院;311名甲型H1N1患者中,无一例只使用一种药物治疗者,均为联合用药治疗。结论：对于甲型H1N1流感患者,早期应用中医中药疗效较好,且中、西药物联合治疗效果肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the drug usage on 311 type A H1N1 influenzal patients in hospital to provide medicine references for clinical therapy.Methods: Using retrospective analysis for the drug usage of 311 patients who were made a definite diagnosis with type A H1N1 influenza in our hospital from August 2009 and January 2010.Results: In the 311 patients,the number of using pungent-warm and pungent cool diaphoresis drugs for treatment was 256 patients,accounted for 82.3%.The whole patients were adopted herbal ... |
