摘    要:目的:通过对成都市某二甲综合医院编制外护士工作压力与个人满意度的现状调查,探讨编制外护士工作压力对工作满意度的影响,找出造成职业压力的原因及提高个人满意度的方法与对策,为护理人力资源的管理决策与研究提供参考依据。方法:对成都市某二甲综合医院60名临床护士发放工作压力与个人满意度问卷并对调查结果进行分析。结果:编制外护士的工作特征为工作压力最大,个人满意度最低。结论:年轻的编制外护士因获得社会和家庭的支持度小,工作压力明显大于年长的编制内护士,因此导致个人满意度下降,提示管理者应多角度关注编制外护士的工作和生活,提高其工作满意度,从而促进医院护理人力资源队伍的稳定和护理质量的提高。
