逍遥散加味对脑血管痉挛的疗效分析

目的：探讨逍遥散加味对脑血管痉挛的临床效果。方法：将我院2008～2009年收治的119例脑血管痉挛患者随机分为实验组（60例）和对照组（59例）,实验组采用逍遥散加味治疗,对照组采用尼莫地平治疗。对两组患者治疗后的血液流动情况以及治疗效果进行统计分析。结果：治疗后经检测对照组血流速度为（81.6±2.98）mm/s,实验组血流速度为（70.8±2.1）mm/s,实验组改善状况优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组中治疗显效例数（17例）明显低于实验组（33例）,对照组治疗总有效率为77.9%,实验组治疗总有效率为96.7%,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（χ2=13.161,P〈0.01）。结论：采用逍遥散加味对脑血管痉挛患者进行治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。
