北京市社区口腔医师临床技能考核结果分析

目的：了解北京市14区县220名社区口腔医师对临床技能的掌握情况。方法：社区口腔医师的考核分口腔内科、口腔外科、口腔修复和病例分析4站，考核形式为实际操作和口试。统计4站考核成绩的分布情况，比较不同考站考核成绩的差异。结果：考核成绩整体优良，通过率达99．5％（2181219）。但不同考生和不同考站的成绩存在较大差异（F=31．36，P〈0．05），口腔外科（82．59±7．60）分]和病饲分析（82．38±11．75）分]两站考核成绩最好，口腔内科（77．5±12．33）分]居中，口腔修复（73．20±14．57）分]最差。结论：社区口腔医师队伍参差不齐，公平进行考核和制订合适的通过标准还需进一步探讨。

Analysis of clinical skill examination for the community dentist in Beijing
