静脉留置针三种不同留置部位留置效果的对比性分析

目的：探讨静脉留置针最佳留置部位。方法：本研究采用随机对照研究设计，随机选择于应用静脉留置针的患者167例，使用随机信封法将167例患者随机分为三组，其中，A组采用肘正中静脉留置，B组采取手背静脉留置，C组采用前臂静脉留置。比较三组患者静脉留置针留置时间、置管不良反应发生率、患者满意度及肢体活动影响。结果：相对于肘正中静脉及手背静脉，前臂静脉置管时间长，不良反应发生率低，患者满意度高，对患者肢体活动影响小。结论：为患者使用静脉留置针输液时宜选择弹性好、粗、直的前臂静脉进行穿刺。

Comparative study on the effects of venous indwelling needles on three different positions

Objective： To explore the best infusion site when applying venous indwelling needles. Methods： This study used a randomized controlled trial design. 167 patients using venous indwelling needles were randomly assigned to three groups. Group A was taken the median cubital vein as the infusion site, while group B was used the hand dorsal vein, group C the forearm vein. The effects on retention time, the rates of catheterization related complications, the patients＇ sat- isfaction and the influence on physical aetivity were compared. Results： Compared with the median cubital vein and the hand dorsal vein, the forearm vein had longer retention time, lower rates of catheterization related complications, higher patients satisfaction and less influence on patients＇ physical activity. Conclusion： We should select forearm vein when applying venous indwelling needles in intravenous infusion.
