地榆、地榆片、地榆炭的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立地榆、地榆片、地榆炭的质量标准。方法:采用UV法测定鞣质的含量,检测波长:760 nm。采用HPLC法测定没食子酸的含量,色谱柱:依利特Hypersil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,10μm),柱温:30℃,以甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(1.5∶98.5)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:262 nm。结果:UV法测定鞣质含量扣除干酪素的干扰,含量明显提高。HPLC法测定没食子酸其进样量在0.036 2-0.326 2μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为0.87%。结论:测定方法灵敏、准确,重现性好,可作为地榆、地榆片、地榆炭的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the quality standard for Radix Sanguisorbae,Radix Sanguisorbae Tablets and Charcoal Radix Sanguisorbae.Methods: A UV method was used for the content of tannin,and the wavelength of UV detector was 760 nm.The content of gallinic acid was determined by an HPLC method with a Phenomenex C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm) as column temperature was 30℃,and mobile phase of methanol-0.05% solution of phosphate(1.5∶98.5).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 262 nm.Results:The UV method of determination the content of tannin was eliminated the interference of casein.The HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in the sample volume in the range of 0.036 2-0.326 2 μg had a good linear relationship(r=1.000 0),and the average recovery was 97.6% with RSD 0.87%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and reproducible.It could be used in the quality control of Radix Sanguisorbae,Radix Sanguisorbae Tablets and Charcoal Radix Sanguisorbae.
