| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨固尔苏联合鼻塞式持续呼吸道正压通气（CPAP）治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）的疗效。方法：对本院29例确诊为NRDS的病例早期给予CPAP，并联合固尔苏治疗。观察治疗前后临床表现、胸片及血气指标的变化。结果：29例患儿经CPAP及固尔苏治疗后呼吸困难明显改善，X线胸片明显好转。患儿血气分析显示治疗前pH为（7．22±0．07），治疗后6—24h为（7．37±0．05），治疗后48h为（7．40±0．05）；治疗前Pa02为（5．65±1．74）kPa，治疗后6—24h为（10．73±3．04）kPa，治疗后48h为（13．07±3．65）kPa；治疗前PaC02为（7．46±1．46）kPa，治疗后6—24h为（5．40±1．17）kPa，治疗后48h为（5．40±0．51）kPa；与治疗前相比，治疗后6～24h、治疗后48h的pH、PaO2、PaCO2显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：早期给予CPAP联合固尔苏治疗NRDS疗效显著，并发症少。
