| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨院内综合干预对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复疗效。方法：80例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例,对所有患者进行为期6个月的对照研究。研究组在药物治疗基础上进行院内综合干预,对照组给予单纯药物治疗。采用阴性症状量表（SANS）、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表（SSPI）和自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）在治疗前和治疗后对患者进行疗效评定。结果：治疗后研究组SANS总分平均为（48.28±5.70）分,SSPI总分平均为（7.10±5.21）分,ITAQ总分平均为（13.11±5.23）分,各量表评分与对照组及自身治疗前相比均明显降低,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论：院内综合干预治疗可改善慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状、促进社会功能及自知力的恢复。
