氟伏沙明合并认知行为疗法治疗强迫症的对照研究

目的：探讨氟伏沙明与认知行为疗法联合治疗强迫症的疗效。方法：将48例强迫症患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。治疗组采用氟伏沙明合并认知行为治疗,对照组单用氟伏沙明治疗,疗程为3个月。分别于治疗前和治疗后采用Yale-Brown强迫量表评定疗效,TESS评定不良反应。结果：治疗组临床有效率为79.2%（18/24）,对照组有效率为50%（12/24）,两组疗效差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.46,P〈0.05）。结论：氟伏沙明合并认知行为治疗强迫症的疗效明显优于单纯药物治疗。
