532nm固体激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的疗效观察

目的：观察分析532 nm固体激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的疗效。方法：将70例（70眼）视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者按照病程分为两组,病程〉1个月、〈3个月的早期组45例（45眼）,病程〉3个月、〈2年的晚期组25例（25眼）。两组均采用532 nm固体激光治疗,比较分析两组患者激光治疗前后的视力情况及眼底荧光血管造影（fundus fluo-rescein angiography,FFA）情况。结果：激光治疗后,早期组45眼中,视力提高者36眼,不变者7眼,下降者2眼;晚期组25眼中,视力提高者10眼,不变者12眼,下降者3眼,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。激光治疗后FFA观察早期组与晚期组有效率分别为95.6%、88.0%,两组比较,差异无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：532 nm固体激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞疗效肯定,能促进水肿、出血及渗出的吸收,减少无灌注区及新生血管的产生,预防并发症的发生,且早期患者激光治疗疗效优于晚期患者。
