大柴胡汤加减方治疗急性胰腺炎的临床研究

目的：探讨大柴胡汤加减方治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将68例急性胰腺炎患者随机分成实验组（34例）和对照组（34例），实验组在常规治疗基础上联合大柴胡汤加减方经胃管注入进行治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上，给予5％的红糖水经胃管注入，比较两组疗效。结果：实验组的总有效率（94．2％）优于对照组（73．5％）（P〈0．05）；治疗后．实验组胰腺Balthazar CT评分值、APACHEII评分值明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：在常规基础上应用大柴胡汤加减方治疗，能明显改善急性胰腺炎患者的临床症状，减少并发症和病死率，改善患者的预后。
