阿尔茨海默病转基因小鼠的行为学检测方法

为了进一步研究阿尔茨海默病（AD）的发病机制,人们已经设计了各种动物模型诸如胆碱能系统损伤模型、铝模型、tau蛋白模型、Aβ模型等,这些模型尽管可以存在部分特征病理改变,但是均不能模拟人类疾病渐进性的退行性改变。目前日趋成熟的转基因动物（transgenic animal）技术可以在活体上研究某一特定致病基因的作用,是研究AD独特而重要的模型,其中最常用的是转基因小鼠模型。因为AD的人类患者主要表现为进行性的记忆和认知能力的减退,相应的转基因小鼠模型也表现出学习和记忆能力的改变。现在人们已经设计出了多种实验方法对AD的转基因小鼠进行行为学的测试。本文主要是对目前国内外常采用的AD转基因小鼠行为学测试方法作一综述,有助之后相关研究中行为学检测方法的选择与应用。
