| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合征（PIH）发生的相关危险因素。方法：对280例PIH孕产妇（观察组）和280例正常孕妇（对照组）的临床资料进行分析。结果：观察组的年龄、文化程度、体质量指数（BMI）、经济收入、初产妇、PIH家族史、不良情绪、被动吸烟、未行系统检查,与对照组之间比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论：年龄、文化程度、BMI、经济收入、PIH家族史、孕期情绪状况、被动吸烟、系统产前检查可影响PIH的发病率。
