高能量损伤髋臼骨折手术治疗72例分析

目的：回顾性分析高能量髋臼骨折的手术效果。方法：根据72例高能量髋臼骨折分型,采用合适的手术入路、复位骨折并内固定。结果：全部顺利完成手术,64例获得随访,依Matta等标准：解剖复位46例,满意复位12例,复位不良6例,满意复位率为90.63%。参照Ceunnar A髋关节功能评分标准,优41例,良16例,可4例,差3例;优良率为89.06%。6例出现异位骨化,3例发生股骨头缺血坏死。结论：手术治疗高能量复杂髋臼骨折,术前认真阅读影像资料、选择合适的入路和固定方法,术后早期功能锻炼可取得较好的临床效果。
