| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血乳酸清除率与小儿脓毒性休克预后的关系。方法：观察我科2008年1月～2011年1月46例脓毒症患儿的6 h乳酸清除率及患儿预后的资料。将患儿分成存活组（29例）和死亡组（17例）,比较其差异性。结果：存活组乳酸清除率明显高于死亡组（P〈0.01）。结论：乳酸清除率可用于评估患儿严重脓毒症的预后。
